Spiritual and Multi-Faith Space
Spirituality and faith can play a major role in our overall wellbeing, including our mental health. Spiritual wellness acknowledges the search for a deeper meaning in life, and can help people find the core of their being and values, and feel connected to others.
Each week, approximately 300 UBCO students access spiritual and multi-faith services; many of which take place in the Multi-Faith Space – and that number continues to climb as the campus expands. The space serves to welcome the rich and diverse spiritual and multi-faith practices of the campus community. Students, faculty and staff can express their spirituality and faith in a relaxed and private setting.
Your gift in support of the Multi-Faith Space will contribute to much-needed retrofitting to better serve the needs of a growing number of users, including storage for prayer mats, an extended library that equitably represents all religious traditions, among others.
Help support and empower students from all religious traditions, and give today.
