Heat Women's Softball
Help support a motivated group of student athletes and coaches committed to building a sustainable future for post-secondary softball in the Okanagan. Last fall, the UBC Okanagan Heat Women's Softball team made it back-to-back years on the podium at the Canadian Collegiate Softball Association (CCSA) National Championship. One year after claiming the national championship on home turf, the Heat once again claimed a medal against the best teams in Canada, walking away with bronze.
We appreciate your support. As a competitive sport club, softball is a predominantly self-funded program that relies more heavily on donations and individual player fees to sustain their team activities. Your gift will assist with equipment as well as travel expenses for participation in the Western Collegiate Softball Association and the National Championship tournament – and enhance the overall student-athlete experience.
