Invest in the brilliance of 2SLGBTQIA+ youth with your gift to UBC CampOUT, a leadership and learning summer camp that brings together the Faculty of Education’s mandates for anti-racism, Indigenous education and inclusive education by offering financially accessible social justice education and recreation. Your support will empower youth with leadership skills, greater self-esteem, and awareness of social issues and outdoor experience, and will provide access for participants to critical health literacy resources.

Since 2009, our supporters have allowed us to offer transformative, strengths-based leadership development for 900+ youth from across BC who return to their diverse home communities with new skills, resources and inspiration. CampOUT! fosters intergenerational and intercultural land-based learning and develops networks of personal, educational and professional support for these young leaders and educators across BC.
