Spiritual and faith practices play important roles in our overall wellbeing, including in our mental health. It is through these practices that we may find the core of our being, our values, and a deeper meaning in life.

UBC Okanagan is committed to providing spaces for students of all faiths (and no faiths) to pray, meditate, reflect, and find quiet in a busy world. Each week, more than 300 students access spiritual and multi-faith services on campus. This number continues to climb as the campus expands and diversifies.

Your gift will increase prayer and meditation space on campus by contributing to bookable, sound-proofed “Prayer Pods” for individual and small group reflection, meditation and prayer.

Help support and empower students from all religious traditions, and give today.
